Hows Noha doing ?

Just got back, left early, 3 up. Noha subbed at HT, never got in the game. Enso replaced him, he's short but stocky and was difficult to get off the ball, also showed some decent attacking intent.

Far too early to judge either, of course.

Impressed with Ty Barnett, he looks a footballer. Chirewa can also thread a decent pass. Chiwome knows where the goal is. Happy days!

It’ll be this. Fitness is the thing they’re working on with Noha. Gradual introduction and build up of minutes over the coming weeks

There were no wolves fans in the home end in last seasons u21s game didn’t stop them running on the pitch then.

Fitness is the thing they’re working on with Noha.

My understanding is that Noha was playing at the second level in Italian football this season. A mate of mine played at the third level in the Italian Leagues, yet when living in Ireland, didn't even make it into the Limerick (Treaty) United first team and they generally are in our Second Division. Anyone any idea how competitive the level Noha was playing at is?

Good to see Chiwome get 2 goals last night. He has been very unlucky in recent games hitting the bar and post 3 times. The Sandwell keeper also made an excellent save for him. He could easily have had 6 goals in his last 4 games with a bit more luck. A highly promising young striker.

Was finding his feet a bit at u21 level pre Christmas...but seems to be settling in a bit nw....you get more of a settled side after Christmas and some players seem to benefit and start to excel a bit..... hopefully he will be one.....but he is still young for that level....

The u21 squad was one of the strongest and most exciting I have seen in the last couple of games. Good group in the u18's and u16's as well by all accounts. We certainly seem to have some exciting attacking players coming through the ranks in the Academy squads at present. Plenty of pace and skill.
