The way Dan Burn conducted himself in that first half was despicable- and it's because he realised he could get away with it. Newcastle in general became thuggish after about 20 mins, dangerous and weak weak officiating.

Free kick immediately given by Madley although it was clear to anyone watching that Raul got his foot behind the ball and their player kicked the ball and fell over.
Then the clear push in the back on Jonny for their player to score with the header. Where’s the VAR check on that?
Even Carragher (w) said “the push in the back didn’t warrant a foul being given”?????? What b*******s.
Have they changed the rules to the game again??? You are obviously allowed to push players in the back just before the ball arrives?
The game is corrupt as ****

They weren't running rings around us until the non-penalty decision. Then the soft free kick Newcastle scored from. Perhaps we clocked it was the Liverpool ref at that point? No excuse, just need to take him out so the get a substitute ref on.

It all depends which team you favour! It's always "theres' contact" for your favourite and "not enough contact" for the other team.
