Plymouth fans complaint was that his passing was poor for them. They loved him at first.
His passing is actually very good from what I have seen of him.

Podence goal for Olympiacos.
Now an assist.
Deserves itYerson called up,
Thanks for your diligence in continuing to update us. I always look for this thread and am often disappointed that our lads aren't doing better, but enjoy reading it, nonetheless.Saturday 17th March
Justin Hubner can’t be selected for Cerezo Osaka just yet as they are still finalising paperwork. It’s likely he will play from the end of March. His team moved up to 3rd with a 2-0 win
Ki Jana Hoever played90 mins and Luke Cundle came on for the final 19 as Stoke lost 3-0 at home to Norwich
Joe Hodge played 27 mins as QPR drew 0-0 away at Sunderland
Nigel Lonwijk played 90 mins and Chem Campbell was an unused sub as Wycombe beat Northampton 2-0 at home. Louie Moulden played 90 mins for Northampton but should have done better with both goals… certainly the second
Dexter Lembikisa came on for the final 33 mins as Hearts lost 2-1 away at Ross County
Joe Young played 90 mins as ten man Buxton lost 2-0 at home to South Shields
Owen Farmer played 90 mins as Rushall lost 2-1 away at Kings Lynn
Chiquinho played the final 27 mins as Famalicao drew 0-0 vs Estrela
No Owen Hesketh for Kidderminster or Ethan McLeod for Alvechurch
Disappointing for Louie Moulden. He can do better than that and here's hoping he learns from it.
Owen farmer with a goal for rushall
Chiq with a goal too
That is a cracking goal by Chiquinho. I think he will get a chance here in pre season.
never seen a player with less positional awareness as Chiquino v CityHe certainly should - I think he slots back in to the reserve RW position, which allows Chirewa to go out on loan.

The sad reality is that the vast majority of our Academy players won't make it at PL level and many won't make it at EFL level either. While l admire your sentiments we have to be realistic.Okay, the result today didn't go our way, but with youth from our own academy being given a chance to shine (at last) all of our on loan players should be able to see that with GON they're in with a chance during preseason.
Hopefully it will give them all an incentive to pull up trees for their loan clubs during the run in to the end of season.
That way this (one of the best) thread will be even more of a celebration of our future talents and our academy players will get more loan options next season.
All for youth players but were they better than say cundle or FabioOkay, the result today didn't go our way, but with youth from our own academy being given a chance to shine (at last) all of our on loan players should be able to see that with GON they're in with a chance during preseason.

Because our Academy didn't suddenly appear out of nowhere and is not the only one in existence. Precedent tells you all that you need to know. That's why the club stresses the importance of education to all of the youngsters. How the **** do you know?

You still can't predict if the current crop are gonna make itBecause our Academy didn't suddenly appear out of nowhere and is not the only one in existence. Precedent tells you all that you need to know. That's why the club stresses the importance of education to all of the youngsters.
Why the swearing? My post was hardly controversial.
Doesn't matter what the stats are,he still can't say whether or not our current academy players are gonna make it simple asThat is the norm at all the top tier academies. Players who are not likely to make it as a pro, receive regular education in parallel with their training so they have a fall back should they not make it. That’s the great majority of players in academies. Most of the minority who are offered pro contracts, don’t make it to the first team at their club, and eventually move on to another club. Louie Moulden for instance - made the cut and offered a pro contract at Man City when he came through their academy, was loaned out to a few non league clubs to get experience, and eventually sold to Wolves without making it to the Man City senior squad.
To provide a sense of how tiny the number who make it are, here is a quote from playerscout:-
The stats are not good reading:
For all the boys joining a pro academy at 9 years old, 0.5% will make even a career out of football.
Thats the players already in a pro academy. Now if you take the 1.5 million youth players currently playing in England, only 180 will develop and play in the Premier League.
That is a 0.012% chance of making it.

Indeed. I spent over 30 years working as an analyst. That sort of thing was bread and butter baseline data.No of course not, but the odds are against it. That’s not a poor reflection on the players, just the statistics.
Fair enough,my reply was originally to op but I still don't think Any of you can straight write them off and with all due respect she can't possibly know who I'd gonna make it sorry. No of course not, but the odds are against it. For a more personal insight. My daughter is a physio at Boro’s academy, which is a Cat 1 academy like ours. She’s been to most of the top academies in the couple of years she’s worked there, done her ITMIF at St George’s Park, and has a good network across the top academies. She sees great players move up through the different tiers, but she knows that even the best are unlikely to make it into the senior squad. I mentioned Louie, because she knows him from when she was doing a Masters placement at Gloucester when he was there on loan. He was one of Man City’s top goalkeepers at an academy level then, and already on a pro contract. Despite that, even then he knew he would likely need to move from City when his academy contract reached its end. Very level headed lad, helped by his dad being an ex pro. She’s off to Poland next month where Boro’s academy will be playing against a group of academies from across Europe. Juve won it last time and will be defending their trophy. Liverpool, Everton, Sporting and Benfica will be there amongst others.
