It would, but I guess it makes coming in to contact with someone who has it no more or less likely.

Not that it means it is him, just that it could be as much as anyone else.

Well unless Marcal travelled to see his family it's unlikely to be him. Anyway he is reported to still be injured. Not sure if Donk would have travelled back with any other UK based Belgians eg De Bruyne. If so wouldn't they be required to quarantine too? Mouts is definitely injured. All of that makes Boly the most likely....
