That was a microcosm of the reason why we are such appalling goalscorers. Hwang cuts open the defence and RAN flaps around with an extra touch. Brighton - or most PL sides -would have hit it first time no problem into the net.

The recruitment team just simply hasn't brought in players with the quality to finish chances for years on end now.
