An interesting end to the first half in the Atalanta v Sassuolo game. After a VAR check, Sassuolo were awarded a penalty, which the goalkeeper saved, the referee ordered the penalty be retaken because the goalkeeper moved too early. He then saved the second penalty!

I don’t like VAR, but at least it provided an entertaining last few minutes.

Retake was for encroachment I think. The ball was trickling right on the goal line for a corner and the Atalanta player who encroached bust a gut to get it clear. If he's left it then there wouldn't have been a retake. Didn't matter cos the keeper brought off another good save.

Often only minor injures for Wolves, missing 2-4 weeks etc but since joining Liverpool he seems to have had 2 long term injuries lasting months and this may well be the 3rd. Liverpool do play a very high tempo/aggressive style which is always going to cause more injuries though.
