Great result going down to 10 and then 1-0 down. Should be able to beat them at the replay.

Listening in on that on Wolves TV and feel very pleased with that result and another really solid performance.

Could have won it through through those two first half chances, so to grab a draw with 1 less man is terrific.

And are City sure they possibly only want £5 Million for Tommy? What a lovely man to have on loan!

Roll on the Replay and hopefully doing them over.

Great recovery by Wolves who played almost 90 mins with 10 against 11. Goal of the season contestant by Doyle, but no way should Brentford have still had 11 on the park. At least two sendings off decisions bottled by the ref.

Weak weak ref tonight absolutely pathetic hed struggle with kids football based on that performance.

To send Joao off then not even give a yellow for an obvious stamp. We've had some **** refs this year but that guys up there for been the worst.

Onto the lads brilliant performance, looked the better team with 10 men for the majority of the second half is brilliant. GON has instilled some massive believe.

A replay is actually okay as it limits the games joao misses (prem games).

Excellent determination and team spirit. Great goal and brilliant stuff by Sa at the end. Nobody in a wolves shirt let anyone down tonight, other than perhaps Gomes with his silly challenge (debating the red and non-red separately).

Ref was worse than awful
Missed loads, baffling decisions.

Great back to the walls job. Could have snuck it.

Brentford a very poor side. We're always a side greater than the sum of their parts but they don't look anywhere near the side of the last few seasons. Luton will finish above them

Really pleased with that result and performance under the circumstances. Just keeps our momentum going and further strengthens the bond between GON, the players and the fans.

Goal aside, thought Doyle was outstanding again and MoM. The Gomes red card could make it very difficult for him to get back in the side. Sa solid throughout, Semedo excellent (again) as was Santi Bueno. Cunha and Bellegarde ran their *******s off.

Thought Joao’s challenge was silly and deserved a red but the lack of consistency is infuriating. Still not sure what Semedo did to warrant a yellow card, except for possibly having the temerity to have his neck in the vicinity of Lewis-Potter’s hand…

Sa 8
Bueno 8
Kilman 7
Toti 6
Semedo 8
Gomes 3
Doyle 9
Doherty 7
Sarabia 6
Cunha 7
Bellegarde 7

Neto 7

Fans were brilliant again and the players responded with a really gritty second half performance.

Let’s win the replay and see how far we can go.

I don't ever remember before seeing us down to ten men (especially after 9 minutes) and still thinking we would score.
This belief thing is great.
When we came from behind at Southampton to win last season, maybe not 9 mins about 20ish I think lol

Well done Wolves, Doyle growing in stature every game, he's a Wolf for sure. 10 men against 12 + VAR officials for most of the match. Noticed that the 4th official was refusing to communicate with O'Neil in the later stages. Absolutely disgusting.

A truly Herculean effort from the lads against the 12 men of Brentford! Doyle has a foot like a traction engine. I sat there chortling at full time like an idiot at the image of Jose Sa giving their fans what for, just as the stadium was plunged into darkness...

Well done Wolves.

I refrained from commenting on the matchday thread because of all the negativity, with some saying the game was over after the sending off. Thank goodness Gary O’Neil and the team were more positive and didn’t throw the towel in.
We've got a gooden here Frank. Admire your fortitude
