I love the way that article regards the Home Office as nothing more than a rubber stamp. Given some of the Home Secretary's public comments l wouldn't be surprised if football got a shock - for a start the proposed scheme is incredibly Eurocentric which is contrary to the whole HMG direction of travel....FA win over Post Brexit plan says Mail.
