Leeds V Wolves Predictions

Leeds United 1 - 2 Wolves
Smells good. Neither side good enough defensively to keep a clean sheet, think Collins and Kilman will dominate them for most of the game, but there’ll be one conceding level howler in there, then some neat interplay between our short-arses finds enough to scrape a win.

Anyone care to predict the five subs we will use?
Number 1 is ..... Gary Breen
Number 2. is ...... Gary Breen
Number 3 is ....... Gary Breen
Number 4 is....... Gary Breen
Number 5 is........ Gary Breen
We all dream.........

Remember folks we've come along way ! Good luck tomorrow everyone.

2-1 Wolves...hope our defence can keep them out to only one goal..

I don't quite go as far as @Wolf in Kenilworth with 4-0 or 0-4. But I wouldn't be in the least surprised if Leeds thumped us 3-0.

I really question the value of our pre-season & do wonder if the teams we beat were as forward as us in fitness and/or application. Leeds will be flying into the tackles today and I worry that we'll simply be overrun in midfield.

Then again Neto, MGW and Pod could run rings round the Leeds defence and we win 3-0. More than anything I'm just bloody glad to get some proper football back - and the chance to see what level the team is really at.

By Ladbrokes, a 3-0 Wolves win is 90/1, so put a tenner on a 9-0 win for a small fortune.

Incidentally, a 3-2 Wolves win is 200/1, not beyond the realms of possibility.
Just changed from 400/1, some Wolves fans must have fancied it.

I hate to be negative and cynical but, now I’ve seen who the referee is (Robert Jones) and 4th official, Michael Oliver, IMO there’s not much chance we’ll win because Leeds will get any “big” decisions from this weak ref who has form for caving in to crowd noise pressure.
Plus, as Oliver knows we could potentially threaten the top six again this season, he will no doubt turn a blind eye for any blatant penalties we should be getting.
I just hope we can score enough “clean” goals to win but we don’t do goals much, do we?
I guess the most we can expect, realistically, is a 1-1 draw.

2-1 Wolves, goals from Ronan and Traore, red card for Dan James after a centre circle gnome fight with Podence.

Sorry but defeat No1 today.
Losing by 1-0, well have chances just won't be able to put them away.
(Unless it's a pen)

Ma y on here seem quite confident. I am not sure we have goals in the team, and sadly see a loss by one goal.

2-0 to the worse guys and Shi out chants from the away support.

Much as I hate to say it (and hate Leeds to boot) you don't win games without scoring goals and we go into this with no out and out forward, a front 3 untested against premier league opposition and limited ability to change off the bench. 1-0 to Leeds

I actually reckon we will score at least twice today. Whether that will be enough, I’m not sure. Some people judge pre season games as a barometer way too much, IMO.

Think we will see the most attacking display from ourselves in 12 months.

I worry where our goals are coming from today. Hope I'm proved wrong but can see hardly any shots from us and a lot of frustration.
