Simple question have Fosun lost the fans? Do you still back them or have you had enough?
And all it will take is a couple of wins in the first few games to change them right back. Not entirely yet but that will probably change in the morning by the looks
You are putting fosun and O'Neil in the same lot.And all it will take is a couple of wins in the first few games to change them right back.
I could see a couple of early wins, then as the season goes on that fades away as we lose the dressing room and molineux becomes a hostile or worse massively apathetic place. And all it will take is a couple of wins in the first few games to change them right back.
O'Neil could very well win the fans over, with Fosun, I'm pretty sure the worm has turned now and it's game over! And all it will take is a couple of wins in the first few games to change them right back.
I think this team is incredibly talented. I don't see us struggling all that much.I could see a couple of early wins, then as the season goes on that fades away as we lose the dressing room and molineux becomes a hostile or worse massively apathetic place.
It shouldn't no, but if we play negative backs to the wall stuff it will lose the fans (not that they are probably with this) and the players.I think this team is incredibly talented. I don't see us struggling all that much.
I think O'Neil will play a similar style to Nuno (counter attack) I'm not a fan, but we're used to that style. It shouldn't no, but if we play negative backs to the wall stuff it will lose the fans (not that they are probably with this) and the players.
As the squad stands, I 100% agree.I think this team is incredibly talented. I don't see us struggling all that much.
so we could do with 2 deep lying midfielders who can pick a pass, a centre back with decent distribution, two wide players with pace and a true number 9. Probably 5 at the back..I think O'Neil will play a similar style to Nuno (counter attack) I'm not a fan, but we're used to that style.
I don't think there will be any meaningful outgoings. As the squad stands, I 100% agree.
I'll eat my own man vegetables, if we see out the remainder of the transfer window, with all of the squad still intact, though!
There will undoubtedly be more outgoings and any replacements will be of the free/cheap/inferior variety.
I have nothing but admiration for your optimism, pal.I don't think there will be any meaningful outgoings.
I also wouldn't be shocked if they do end up freeing up a small chunk of change for the new manager. I also figured we'd bring in a couple of players closer to the end of the window.
You did see the Bruno Lage era?I think this team is incredibly talented. I don't see us struggling all that much.
Well I hope for both our sakes that I'm right lolI have nothing but admiration for your optimism, pal.
Maybe I'm far too much of a cynic, but I suspect things will get considerably worse before/if they get better.
I hope you’re right but we’ve all seen the evidence of what happens when players don’t buy into when an out of their depth coach (Lage) is in charge of coaching.I think this team is incredibly talented. I don't see us struggling all that much.
Any Wolves fan does. Expect it though....Well I hope for both our sakes that I'm right lol
I get that. Ironically finally appointing JL had partially restored my trust. They lost me on 21.05.2021
I share these sentiments. Massive faux pas this time around and I think everyone just feels defeated before the season even starts.I've been a massive backer of theirs since day one, but I'm done. For a group of their ability in terms of making money to let us fill into a state where we can't even afford a transfer fee despite selling a load of players for a fortune is just terrible mismanagement. We have lost a quality coach and there is just disillusionment all over the place.
I got to that place a little before you from a very similar starting point.I've been a massive backer of theirs since day one, but I'm done. For a group of their ability in terms of making money to let us fill into a state where we can't even afford a transfer fee despite selling a load of players for a fortune is just terrible mismanagement. That's what it was designed to do. Terrible.I've only done a little reading into the UEFA FFP rules but the financial stability rules that have gone into effect seem to directly benefit the teams who are already popular global brands.
