Pre season is the time to try something.
Perhaps he really doesn’t think much of any of them and feels it’s all he can do.
Cunha picks up an injury in training after the Luton game. Wolves centre forward injured and Wolves drop Silva in at the deep end at Old Trafford.
Why not mix it up a bit?
But if you are happy with mediocre- you pays your money and your are entitled to your opinion, as am I.

Don't change a winning team? That same side was not outclassed by a Champions League side further along in their pre-season the other day.

Surely, people should realise by now that JL is often making unusual team picks - and while some didn't prove good, the majority prove him right. He does know what he's doing and he does have a plan. We just don't know what it is

They were under Ange. No idea about this season. Its a very weak looking Celtic team today though, particularly the defence, with only 1 regular from last season playing (Taylor), who rarely played and was very average until Ange took over.

Just not shots of lots of fans (of either side)
Must have cost a fortune to hire the Aviva stadium for the day but doubt they will get their money back.

Came bottom of their champions League group this year, with no wins. Shakhtar, Real and Leipzig in their group.
We beat them last time we played then about 11-12 years ago.

Don't worry about it. If he starts and doesn't score then we still won't know anything. Because he'll be in the wrong position and playing in a side that creates nothing.
