Spot onHonestly think this move just makes sense and is right for all parties involved.... He needed a fresh start elsewhere especially after last season no way he could just come back this season and carry on like before imo....
Let's hope we get a decent fee for him aswell!
Great post totally agreeExceeded all expectation from when he joined us, led the team over our best period in recent memory, and if the Leicester rumour does play out wish nothing but the very best for him. Thanks you for all the great memories Conor!
Very very true. Good luck ConnorWe will have no leaders left at this rate. Anyone else worried about that?
I'd argue Dawson and Lemina are leaders. We will have no leaders left at this rate. Anyone else worried about that?
yeah, it's a big concern of mineWe will have no leaders left at this rate. Anyone else worried about that?

Everton have just missed out on the easiest 3.5 million they’ll ever make.
I just wonder if Conor did have that chat with JL about his future?
It was supposed to happen.
Just curious.
Sssshhhh, there might still be a loophole. So not very clear to people like me who thought Everton were bound to flip him why they've allowed us to make an extra £4m for him. Any logic there?
I guess maybe this is why we were keen to get him back at the end of the loan before other clubs could get their plans in place?Sssshhhh, there might still be a loophole.

Yes, maybe their 'close relationship with the PL' to comply with FFP means they can't buy anyone even if they're selling him 10 minutes later for a £4m profit?at this moment in time they appear to have no funds available to do anything.
Maybe the threat of not being able to sell him in time, and any buying clubs would know they'd be desperate to sell himSo not very clear to people like me who thought Everton were bound to flip him why they've allowed us to make an extra £4m for him. Any logic there?
It wasnt his comments when joining Everton ..it was his misses/sister comments about him being so unhappy for so long ......It's a good deal all round
Coady needs a fresh start.
We need the cash.
And Leicester needs a leader in the dressing room having been a shell of a club last season.
I get some didn't like his comments when joining Everton but it was your standard footballer comments when joining a new club.
