If it is true, I'm always skeptical on things on twitter ( as I said previously on this post) there is a number of people saying similar now though.

Then I completely agree and if they are downing tools again like they did with Nuno then the squad needs a complete overhaul no sentiment get a new core group, the ones that buy into it keep any which have doubts need to go.

we have all had to work with people we wouldn't choose to socialise or particularly like with but we get on with our jobs.
By the sounds of it like man utd on a smaller poor man version with what's happening with there players and there performances downing tools the last thing you want is players running the show if true not good signs

There is no way that attendance today was 31K. There were 4 empty seats behind me in the SB Upper.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but don’t they always count ST holders in the attendance even if they don’t attend.
Yes 'attendance' is actually tickets sold.

I can confirm it's all true an ex player has just texted me the dressing room is lost most of the first team have lost belief in.bruno and his team selection and tactics change of management on.the cards .

They didn't mind Brunos tactics and selection when it led to victories at United and Spurs or when when we were on a good run and started dreaming about Europe.

However if a change is on the cards you can only wonder if the next manager will get any backing or will he too have to rely on a squad with 3 midfielders and other unresolved issues ?

By the way, not distrusting your info. You sound competely right. Blaming he players..

Stuff like this usually heralds an end. Player power is everything these days.

Doesn't sit well with me at all.
As much as the rumour supports what we are witnessing on the field, I cannot support players who behave this way. There is a lot of blame to go around and no one is covering themselves in glory here and I think we all know that even if Bruno is fired, he needs to be followed out the door by several of the players.

Housecleaning job this off-season will be massive and unless our management and recruitment is excellent I would say we are looking at a consolidation job next season.

They downed tools under Nuno, if they've done it again the entire group needs splitting up and moving on.

There's no excuse for treating the fans with such contempt.
Yep, I always find it incredulous when people talk about players no longer playing for the manager.

How about playing for the 1,000’s who pay good money to turn up and watch you you spoilt brats.

IMO if Fosun are serious about progression they need a far better manager and I cannot believe that manager would be prepared to work with his hands tied behind his back like Bruno.

The other way around. Hwang was one of our best outfield players today. Fabio did nothing but lose the ball and run around a bit.
I'd argue the truth is somewhere between the two. Silva was crap (i.e. a Wolves player today) and so was Hwang. Hwang had a few decent moments today, Silva has some but definitely fewer. Both rubbish but Hwang probably the better player today, marginally. Basically, Hwang was the less messy poop.

Haven’t you realised by now that whenever we go through a sticky patch where the team are playing ****…….Podence seems to have a knock that keeps him out the firing line!!!
When he went out it started out total lack of threat (not that we were a huge one before).

Ryan knows his stuff.

With all respect, somebody else gave him the information. He doesn't need to make things up, but his source could be wrong, or making something trivial in to a much bigger thing. Ryan is only reporting what he heard from someone else. It doesn't mean he lied, or his story is correct.

They downed tools with Nuno a man of which (with the exception of Rui and Joao) most of these players owe there careers too.

Then it is believable they could down tools with Bruno.

Anyone who wants to go needs to go, no sentiment at all.

Ryan wouldn’t have posted it unless he implicitly trusted the source and it’s been confirmed by @top fox wolf who has posted ITK in the past. That along with the ‘performance‘ today would lead me to believe it’s true.

Do players really "down tools"? I know it's easy to think they do, especially after today. If there's unrest, it's going to play on everyone's minds. Then when the game starts going wrong, there's no self belief, and there's no confidence between manager and players. They all just looked as if they'd rather be anywhere else today, they knew as well as we did that the first goal was the end of the game.

I don't know what's wrong, but Fosun need to know and they need to fix it this summer.

Yeah but it's been confirmed Ryan knows what's he is talking about and looking back at that performance today , it says it all

They didn't down tools they are just an average bunch of Prem players. 7th-12th is much of a muchness in the Prem.

Gawd, todays game was bad to watch but this news, first about a bust up, then Podence refusing to play and now the dressi g room has lost belief in Bruno is very depressing.
Yes I know these are unconfirmed rumours but still hate to think that some players might want out due to the Compton environment.

Whatever the situation in the dressing room or on the training ground, there is never any excuse for professional footballers not to give 100% every time they go out on the pitch.

they do it every week at manu n every time they want a manager out

Someone tweeted in response to Ryan Lester rumours that Paolo Fonseca was shown around Compton this week.

Had forgotten about him. I think he was under consideration at Villa at one stage, wasnt he?

I was hoping we would get him last summer. Hope its true to be honest. Lage is out of his depth to me.

I think if they are to pull the trigger, they will do it soon now the rumour mill seems to be supporting what everyone is seeing on the pitch. They wont want ST sales jeopardised.
