He's not the right signing, but he is a good signing. Excited about him, he looks quality and no gamble (he's already shown he's quality), but we need a good physical midfielder in above all else.

Fair analysis, I see now.

However I think we only have two specialist 'traditional' wingers in Neto and Adama (not counting Chiquinho this season, sadly) and in all honesty Adama looks likely to leave IMV.

Raul and Hwang centrally with MGW, Guedes, Neto and Podence in support, is 6 for either 3 or 4 starting positions. Given 5 subs, there is arguably room for someone in maybe on loan, but then the challenge is to keep them all happy.

No he isn't just a winger, as I literally just said. Can you not read? I'm not jumping up and down over the signing but he hasn't played as a winger last year.

I'd imagine MGW is gone, so would replace him.
