There’s no other point of view that can be accepted. If the players don’t like their boss and don’t 100% believe in him, tough ****. I don’t like my boss, he’s a massive *****, but I’m not going to turn up this week and down tools.

Players play for the club, the clubs fans, the clubs history and the clubs identity. Whether they’ve fallen out with the manager or not is irrelevant on a matchday, there are 30000 fans there and there are kids there who absolutely idolise them.

Bruno has had poor games but the reality is this same squad nearly got relegated under nuno so how he got 8th is a miracle

for all the criticism of the manager, we had a possibility of 4th place and as soon as that became impossible, the players seem to have collapsed mentally and lost their ambition to even finish 7th.
I don't see how that can be blamed on the manager, the squad certainly isn't 4th best in the league and his tactics (admittedly defensive) got us where we are.
The difficulty this summer is going to be losing some good players as well as trying to move others on that we don't want. Incoming players of the highest level like to see stability and progress, not a rebuilding job underway which is risky compared to other offers they may have.
I don't think we're any closer to getting better players than we already have, it'll be young starlets again and trying to find some Jotas and Netos.

Interesting theory. There was always a rumour in the 90's and early 00's that when we were spending big money on Championship wages, the players didn't really want to get the club to a higher level because they knew they'd be replaced.
We've got a nice set of players, you watch them in the tunnel before a match and they're all happy and relaxed. You don't see anybody with Roy Keane eyes ready to go out there and destroy the opposition.

Whatever his limitations as a defender, Coady is as honest as you can be and wears his heart on his sleeve. His demeanour today was of a man in the midst of family strife. He had encouraging words for his mate Neto when he came on, but otherwise he was keeping his head down. Makes sense, I guess, when you then hear there's been ructions.

Are you sweating in your socks yet because villa Leeds Fulham are doing “bits”? I’ve never known a wolves fan with less of a backbone in all fairness.

Whilst a bit of me thinks Bruno should be given time, the football has been rubbish and he's lived off those first three games all season.

Glass half full- if Fosun are planning to step up investment post UEFA FFP and before 70% of turnover max spend kicks in in two years- they need to do it with someone they think is going to have a full three year cycle at the helm.

That feels unlikely with Lage in charge. So, why not change it and back the real horse with investment this Summer?

Still spinning the same old BS huh? We were never in any danger of relegation last season. I don't always agree with him but @SteveBullsKnee coherently and systematically destroyed any pretence of that then so stop trying to rewrite history.

Not saying it’s 100% the same as football, but I work in one of the big tech companies as a software engineer (think Facebook, Google etc). A few weeks back the heads of the company sent out an email criticising the engineers for not working hard enough. The anonymous internal forums went crazy with people announcing they’ll be putting in minimal effort, losing hope with management, etc. Very similar to what we’re seeing here. Players seemingly losing confidence in management, and management putting the blame on the players.

Not quite sure what a new manager is going to fix. If Bruno’s gone in the Summer then quite a few players need to be gone too. If you’re not willing to put in 100% effort for the fans then you don’t deserve to be here.
