If he goes then I hope he fails miserably just like I did with Jota and Doc
Exactly. There's really no emotion in it - Spurs are just trying to get the player they want for the lowest price possible, like all football clubs do to some extent.
Do we owe Monaco and lMonaco fans an apology lfor getting Joao for £5m?
Totally agree and if wasted on Trincao will be even worse.22.5? very very poor.
if it happens, a fantastic option has been lost and we are now more predictable and easy to play against. great.
Not likely to happen cos although his arms would be all greased up, Semedo would dunk his own hands in Evostik Impact Adhesive before the game. Can’t wait for him to score against us at spurs away FFS
Which pri-Madonna at spurs is going to talk him through the game ? You watch any training video all you here is coady shouting Adama all the time , even pullis said he had him on his side of the pitch so he could talk him through it !! They won’t do that at a club where they have better players ….To be honest, if anyone knows how to defend against Adama it will be our boys.
We as a squad are aiming for europe.this as well 100%
lunacy.

We’ve achieved nothingWe as a squad are aiming for europe.
As a club, we've achieved this seasons aim already.
In the ownerships eyes, the job is done, self sustaining and the ticket prices can go up, winning. We’ve achieved nothing
Good results aside, I've still not bulged on my position that I'd still happily see the back of Fosun.Sometimes I really dislike how our club operates, and if the Adama news is true, my view if this will only get stronger.

If we sell him for that, Spurs would have got him on the cheap and all your goner hear is what a bargain they've got, by all the experts, thrown in our faces all the time ,the problem I their all goner be right, and when we come to spend it,we will get naf all for it, complete joke22.75m fee agreed.... Allegedly!
The replacement was signed already, whilst the rest of the money is likely to go on buying Hwang. My big concern with letting Adama go is how are we replacing him in the squad? Are we going to invest this money or just sit on it? Surely we have to invest. We are in a very good position in the league. Bruno was calling for signings and wanted to keep Adama.
Our owners need to start backing our head coach properly now and no more excuses. He could achieve good things here but it will quickly fall down if he isnt backed properly.
Our attacking options will be Raul, Fabio, Hwang, Trincao, Chiquinho, Podence and Neto. Sounds good on paper but there are a few issues here. Trincao is still to convince and hasnt scored yet, Neto will take weeks before he is playing again, Chiquinho will take time to settle and surely cannot be seen as a direct replacement for Adama for now, Hwang still injured.
Maybe I am wrong but I feel we need another attacking option if Adama goes on top of a central midfield player.
Adama is a popular player at Wolves and yes his stats arent great this season but he has indirectly contributed to many of our goals abd worth remembering the amount of chances certain players have missed from his crosses etc.
I can only think to sell Adama will be a big PR own goal by the club unless we unveil a marque signing of our own to replace him such as Sanches.
Lots of if’s buts & maybe’s around who we might get in and the return of Neto. If he is sold we have lost a major outlet, a spark and a superb option of the bench. To all the non-fans of Adama, take a look at the bench. He’s actually played really well this year when on the left of the three and despite the stats, has looked more likely to score more regularly this season.
Whilst in previous seasons, the goals he scored tended to be spectacular strikes, this year, he has had far more ‘routine’ opportunities and with a bit more composure and luck, could have had 5-6 already.
Has been getting in better positions, has been a (slight) improvement in his team play and I really think it is very close to properly clicking for him.
To lose him for £22m makes me feel a bit sick. Especially to Spurs.
Just have to hope that Neto comes back something like the same player he was before the injury.

Tough, in the nicest aspect, that's how Fosun and co run this ship.If Chiquinho is Adama's direct replacement then I am sorry but that just isnt good enough in my opinion. Dont get me wrong Chiquinho looks a very promising player but direct replacement for Adama now when he will take months to get up to speed potentially? Not acceptable to me.
All about staying in the league and player trading imoNeves next, Neto (when fit, didn’t previously sound like he wanted to stay for to long). You keep the best players, create a squad.
“No value in January”
It’s Traore. Is it traore who hasn't produced??? Or the coaches?????
