I assume with the concussion subs, there is no realistic means of the game being called off if Leeds dropped below 7 players?

Also I’ve tried reading through the rules and I’m confused. Now Leeds have made a concussion sub, do we now get a fourth ‘normal’ sub? There was some clause I read that if you make a normal sub while an opponent makes a concussion sub, it counts as a normal one, whatever that means in that context?!
