An awful game of football.

Both sides were dire. Even their winner is poor goalkeeping rather than a great shot.

I suppose we know who we can and can't rely on now. Never play Moutinho and Hodge in the same midfield again.

We looked a lot better with Nunes and Cunha on. Costa did well. Perhaps using him for 10-15 mins at the end of games is the way forward.

All in all, not particularly bothered about going out. Our cup run was elsewhere and we blew that. Still, not nice watching a display that Bruno Lage would be proud of.

Could have been watching a Lage game …..lousy and/or sloppy passing, …..we can’t even take a throw in woithout losing it in about 5 seconds. Defenders taking forever to move the ball out and forward.
Just more of the same tactics.
