2/3 years ago I thought Jason Gillespie would have been a shoe in but not so sure these days .Mike Newell was always hovering but I want better if I am honest .Ottis Gibson doesn’t enthuse me either .Will we go English(Irish) and be radical and go for an ex player in Morgan or will we go Australian again and if so who?

At one time I thought Michael Vaughan would one day take charge, but I doubt that will happen now.

I was sorry to see him leave us but I have a feeling we will be going abroad again ,
I think he would definitely be in as Test Match Coach if they split into separate Test Match and Limited Overs Head Coaching roles. Giles has said they are keeping it as one role though, so that might rule him out on the limited overs front..
