Our " supposed" best 11 weren't firing against Arsenal, so changes can't really be unexpected. Surprised to see Podence on the bench, I'm not really surprised to see Fabio start, as Rauls lack of form/ confidence has been a worry.
I'm not sure I'd ever start Marcal before RAN. I assume he has a slight fitness issue.
I think I would share the LWB spot between RAN and Toti.

Possibly weaker than the one that started against Forest. In the Championship as well as the Carabao.

Not sure whether Fabio lost that in the sun. If he'd realised the ball was the round thing in the sky, he'd have been through after a hopeful ball out from Neves.

So far, a "hopefull ball out" seems to be our main tactic.

The hope so far is that West Ham seem content to let us play at our pace. And we are fairly comfortable being able to slow down to a halt. IN contrast to the last 3 or 4 matches, this one has started like the "old days" where nothing at all happens in the first half. (cue the goal fest..)

Fabio has started quite well. Getting stuck in , as is Hwang. Trincao has been not good, as others mentioned , clearly pulling out of challenges in a way that you rarely see at this level.
