Brilliant. What a season they are having. Even though it will be moved to a 9am on a Sunday or something similarly as ridiculous, I'm looking forward to playing them next season!

They could be in danger of "doing a Wolves" if they don't have a complete overhaul in the summer.

I too am looking forward to being hammered next season by an Aston Villa team that loses 3 nil to their own U-21 side.

Genuine question, if your 1st team loses 3-0 to your U-21 side would you not just play the under 21's in your next fixture? Villa really don't have anything to lose......... other than another game of football.

Hope out first team don't have to play our under 18s!

Shows what happens in a game when you have one team trying and the other can't wait to go home

Slightly disingenuous article given that most of that 'first team' is on the bench at best and plenty of regular starters were in the 'U21' side.

Now that is a good idea for us. Our under 21.s cant win a match so if they play our first team it might give them that boost of a win.
