All set now for the big clash: Nuno v Not-Nuno

Buoyed by the great result on the south coast we should really be looking forward to this as an opportunity to build momentum.

It should make for a truly testing open-and-shut game.

Going 4 – 2. :)

This one is no easy one. Leeds can score goals and our defence is not what it used to be.
An early goal for us would be a great help. I don’t want the team always facing an uphill battle. That’s not good for morale.

How do we know which Wolves will turn up? Is Kalvin Phillips fit because he's such a big miss for them? MOTD did a really good analysis of Leeds last night. They tend to man mark all over the pitch leaving men out of position and huge gaps. If Neto and Traore can run into these gaps they could cause mayhem, equally if we play like in the 1st half yesterday and Leeds start strong we could well be 2 down in 20 minutes. Leeds will run and run and run but if we can take the confidence from Soton on to this game we surely have enough to beat them? Please, please Nuno get the team out on the front foot and don't let Leeds take control. Let's try and put in a 90 minute performance; if we do 2/3-1.

If we play as well as we can on the counter, it should be a Wolves win all day. They’ve got goals in them though, so we’ll need to be switched on.

Heart says Wolves win, head says draw. Both teams to score either way.

If Nuno has learnt the lesson from Southampton 2-0, if he reverts to playing forwards miles apart 0-3.

Even more than usual I think the first goal will go a long way towards deciding this.

Theoretically Leeds should be vulnerable to a counter attacking style, but as has been said they will run and run all night, and if they take the lead could be difficult to catch.
Have they now lost the “dirty” tag? Since coming up they seem to have become one of the “media darlings” alongside the four big London clubs (excluding Palace and Fulham); the two Manchester clubs; and, of course, Liverpool.

If anything, this fixture is well, unpredictable!
It could be a bore 0-0 draw or could be a goal fest for either side!
Hopefully Bamford goes AWOL and Jose gets off the mark in spectacular style!
We shall see.

lost 5-2 home to Chelsea last season
Tammy Abraham destroyed us... Sadly now you mention it... That was the match with the SBU racist incident... Think that l tried to blank that one out....

Leeds will start at 100mph as per usual and will leave loads of gaps as per usual. Play most of the game in our half keeping it tight and hit them on the break and we should get the points. As I said in another thread, they're tailor-made for how we played last season on the break and one thing you know about Bielsa is we're not going to see any surprises in how they approach the game

3-1
