Julen for me. It’s quick and easy and we’ve often called our last couple of managers by their first names.

That said I’m not really bothered what other people call him.

Is it though? He is Basque isn't he? And they have variations on classical Spanish. Someone may know for sure.
Balague confirmed, it’s Yulen because he’s Basque.
Classical Spanish would be more hoo-len, like Him-en-eth

And can fairly clearly hear ‘yoolen’ in his Sevilla send-off chant.
