The last management team that had us genuinely competing at the top of the first division as it was then until now.

Richie was instrumental in our success back in 79-80. Sad how it all went wrong and sad that he has now left us .We still have the memories though.

I thought we were going to the top under Barnwell and Barker who were a great team. Barnwell the man manager and Barker the tactician/strategist. We had signed Gray and Hughes and were reportedly trying to sign Michael Platini when Barnwell had his car crash. Oh how different things might have been. RIP Richie and thanks for the memories.
