Most of us were counting down the days until that Everton match for months knowing it would be his last at home. Loopy really did one on Raul and us then offered that pathetic "apology" for not bringing him on. Geee, thanks for nothing, Loopy.

Some of you were happy about it because Raul was "selfish" for wanting to represent his country for the last time, remember?

Love Raul and Ruben. Their departures are incredibly sad, if inevitable. The same can't be said of the guy who oversaw those great days. Lurching for one mess to another since the day he was pushed out of the door.

If you're setting the bar for farewell videos at Neves then I think you're going to be regularly disappointed. Not weird at all, just very normal, Neves was the (superb) exception.

Football aside the bond between player and club during Nuno’s era will never be repeated, in an age of mercenary footballers he managed to craft a team that became part of Wolverhampton, none were born here but they cared about this club in the same way we do.
Really quite amazing.
Raul will get his day in front of our fans, let’s not miss the opportunity to show him how we love him regardless of the result of one football game, win or lose, we owe him a great deal.
