I think they’d still rather Elvedi. Mosquera for me is a watered down Toti. Got all the physical attributes to be a good defender but currently lacks the positional awareness. It’s why I wasn’t bothered that Sanderson went were pretty well stacked with “future” centre backs in Mosquera, Lonwijk and Pond (though none are ready for the premier league). I always liked Marques but he stalled badly after injury.

Whilst it was a positive report it was against City’s U23 which probably excluded all of the good ones as they’d be with the first team in Japan it but at least we managed a draw.
