Really can’t see anything but a defeat now. Fingers crossed I’ve said that and are proved to be an **** again

We need to start this half well and Bellegarde/Sarabia to step up and carry the attacks.

Counter attacking quality isn't always going to work

We are a side that just looks like we have to produce something magical to score. Take the 2nd goal v Tottenham. We also now have Cunha and Hwang out of the equation.

In short, we badly, badly need forward additions because without it, we get what we have today.

I give the squad and GON every credit for getting us in the position we are in, but with attacking additions we could be looking at a completely different ballgame and while that may come in the summer, it could be at the detriment of departures.
No team in the world wins every game, you can’t get overly upset at the occasional defeat in an over performing season.

And it’s pretty well established we couldn’t afford any attacking additions this season, and we have more room to spend this summer.

We are at the lowest end of the injury table this season. We’ve been very lucky. Imagine even if we had just had average amount of injuries!

Thing is Wolves without Cunha or Neto - not as big a threat. Wolves without Cunha and Neto - pretty much toothless.

Given the situation we find ourselves in, if our boys get even a point out of this, it’ll rank alongside any of our previous comebacks of the last 30 years.
To be fair, if they keep it at 2-0, it would be an decent second half performance

Sa apparently collided with the post for their first and then suffered an embarassment injury with his part in their 2nd.

The only positive spin I can put on it is that other players might step up and demand the ball leaving us more varied in how we attack.

Of course the flip side is that we are missing our two best players.

Need to keep it as it is for now, if we can get one back at any time the nerves will kick in for Newcastle

Semedo looks more leggy than anybody and he didn’t play in the week. The squad are shattered.
