It is good news we have managed to signed him up as he is a solid determined performer.

He will be able to do a decent job at the next level. However, he does need to improve his ability on and use of the ball.

I really didn't think he'd sign. Thought he (quite rightly) didn't want to be languishing around League 1 and wanted to wait to see if we'd be promoted.

Seems now it was probably a case of getting a better contract which you can't blame him for. Well done Danny.

He had loads of the ball on Saturday. Even managed a 'Hollywood' pass that got a big cheer. Does make it easier for a centre half when they have 3 or 4 options infront of them.

I know a few have had question marks over Batth's ability but at L1 and I believe the championship he is more than good enough. Beyond that we may never know and only time will tell anyway.
