Highly unlikely we've only made our bid today, unless Percy has a wire tap at Molineux. Now whether this was knocked back and we've only returned to it today is more likely, especially if we had reason to believe Broja or similar was a possibility.

No I look for goal scorers on Transfermarkt. His ratio is quite good. Girona signed striker cheap from Ukraine but no it’s Wolves we need some fancy Brazilian instead.

To be fair, I can't imagine any club would loan out a player with the vague hope he is going to set the world alight and it result in a huge offer. All it really does is run the contract down which essentially reduces their value due to a shorter contract for no real benefit. I suppose if the player is useless it gets their wage off the books. But certainly not anybody who is good enough to be integral to the way they play just to cover an injury or because they forgot to strengthen that position for seasons. I'm sure there are some examples of what a stupid idea it is, maybe someone can think of an example?

Apart from the fact Frankfurt seem to be struggling agreeing anything with PSG for Ekitike and numerous clubs are having problems negotiating with Chelsea for Broja.... including the latest Fulham....
