FFP in the Prem

Let's talk about this (as if FFP hasn't been beaten to death, I know...) but I'm unsure exactly as to how FFP works differently in the Prem compared to the Championship. Since Wolves lack the revenue that the "big clubs" currently have, won't that hurt us in the short term? Can some of the many knowledgeable people here help me out?

Yes ... can’t increase wage bill by more than £7m a year but with a starting threshold of £67m wages per annum. In other words, we can spend some serious wonga this summer!
