Just a bit of fun rather than anything serious.
I was looking at ex players who had finished playing and moved into management and coaching. I personally would love to see an ex player who gets the club at the helm but I'm guessing many have failed. Just goin to start off with one and see how many more you guys can recall. Maybe find out new manager?

Mickey Stowell - Caretaker manager/coach at Leicester.

I hope the club are keeping an eye on Carl Robinson. Very highly rated with the job he is doing at Vancouver.

That's off the top of my head from my time- some with mixed success at many levels- and some quite a while ago.

I think so as well... What people have to remember is he's doing it on quite a low budget and doing a lot of the scouting himself..

From what I have read he is tactically very astute as well.

I've been keeping an eye on Kevin Cooper. Did well with Cardiff youth & doing okay in Switzerland...

Wow thanks guys. I knew a few but not all of those.
Some of those characters are always worth following as they were well respected at the club, others not so much. Seems to be a successful bunch from the Turner era

Did he come from Wimbledon to us? I recall him receiving their player of the season award at the Mol after he'd played against them.

That's some squad right there. Quite a few temperamental players there, I'd hate to be in the dressing room if they were manager and we lost.

I don't personally care if the person played for us, England or washed dogs for a living. If he/she understands the need to create partnerships and a pattern to our play. Builds around a concept not players. Has good scouting background. I'd take them.

I think we all would.
