Fella off a cliff physically. The powerful and mobile Costa that will close things down and bully defenders wasn't there when he went back to Spain. Struggled in Brazil.

Put in one of the best CF performances I've witnessed at Molineux in that FA Cup game. He's something else VAR has ruined haha.

On a short term deal this obviously makes complete sense. We simply cannot rely on Jimenez in general let alone by himself.

Of the free transfer strikers around he's the only one worth looking at. Low risk on a short term deal with a potential big upside. He certainly can't do any worse than not score like the run our current strikers are on.
