Can't be Chelsea, prob won't be City. I think he'd be great for Spurs but really not their type of signing. Klopp said Liverpool not interested (for what that's worth)

Utd seems most likely to me but you never know.

If Arsenal pull this off then I'd be impressed. Pleading poverty all summer with a supposedly tiny transfer budget yet still able to pull off huge transfers
