Castore

Some nice looking gear but pricey though o_O

I don’t buy replica shirts any more but I would be interested in decent leisure wear, the sort I can wear to play golf in made of a proper technical material, and the sort I can wear to the gym, all without sponsors logos!

Wolves will be leaving adidas at the end of this season.

The kits will be made by Castore from 2021.

£170 for a hoody!!!!!!!

Burrda mark 2. ****ing marvellous.
In all fairness to Burrda the first 2 kits they produced for us were fine, the home and black away. The black away even lasted 2 seasons and the quality was great. Wasnt too keen on the other home shirts they produced but the teal away shirt was also good in my eyes. I also had some of there leisurewear too and it was far superior to anything adidas have given us.

The rangers kits they've produced are top quality, got one for my lad and they are night and day from the wolves ones.

Still wear my teal one for running! Superb fit shame about the sponsor ruining the look but on the whole a very decent shirt.
Shame mine is marked permanently with a big splodge of battleship grey though!

You make
Last years home shirt was vile and this seasons away is ridiculously bad but the rest have been good.

The thing you get with Adidas that you wont get with Castore is the distribution deal. The current shirt is back in the big chains like JD etc that they werent for years and last year when in Vegas, I went to an adidas outlet and they had wolves shirts on sale. As fosun see us as a global brand, we should really be alligned to a global brand shirt supplier.
A very good point there regarding the Global Brand.

Last year's home shirt was terrible ... I have seen this year's away shirt in person and I like it.

Someone else made a good point that we shouldn't be that bothered about the templates being used as our colours are so unique ... They just need to chose the right template and colour (last year they ballsed up)

Wonder if they'll get more of a chance then Silva

Sir Andy Murray is a major shareholder. As part of the deal to sponsor him back at the start of 2019.

Murray has links to Rangers (Scotland) and was pictured training in a Wolves shirt back in 2013 (given to him by then Davis Cup captain John Lloyd).

No coincidence they are the first couple of football clubs to sign to Castore!

Thought he was Hibs?

Didnt know John Lloyd was a Wolves fan. What’s the connections wonder?
Gone up in my estimation. And he was married to Chris Evert.

Recently signed with Saracens, McLaren and the West Jndies Cricket Team...

Marketing waffle by this lot and wolves get a bigger chunk. The demand will always be there for a new kit.

How a nothing brand can charge more takes the ****. They’re designs / quality must be on point. If they’re branding is anything to go by then I’ll save my money.

Fair enough.

Much, much more likely to bend to any proper 'considered' and valued direction from the club with design and style.

Adidas got it bang on with the previous lighter gold great kit but has ****ed up with the ****ty black-sleeved current one. :(...

We need to dictate more with what it is we really want with colour and design and not be dictated to, as is likely with what happened.

He liked the Gold kit apparently!

Never heard of it. Check their website, bloody expensive! Logo not great, but maybe their sports apparel is top notch?

One thing that’s interesting is that they provide kit for McLaren. F1 isn’t a cheap sport to get into, so you’d expect the gear to be on point.

Interested to see what they come up with if a partnership is confirmed with Wolves - if I’m honest the stuff on their site looks a bit boring for me.

To be fair, the Rangers shirts are all pretty nice. The third kit would make a decent Wolves away kit.

Adidas strip for our return to the Premier League was the nicest one ever in my view
Lots agree with you.

Great design but wrong colour in my opinion (Iv banged on about it loads on here before). Loved the away kit. Havnt been impressed with any of the 6 kits since apart the Portugal one.

The leisure wear has been absolute tat from what Iv seen.
