Are we perhaps a little too wedded to our 'style'?

Everyone is seriously ok with playing one system and having limited tactical flexibility? I'm shocked if that is the case.

We don't have limited tactical flexibility - 3-4-3 can easily become 5-4-1 when required, when the wing backs augment the defence and our inside forwards augment midfield. We also change to 3-5-2 when one of the inside forwards drops deep.

Of course Nuno must be trusted. My only concern with the system is that we have two very good central midfielders but they tend to play quite deep and are not in a position to bring an attacking dimension from central midfield. I would prefer two strikers up front with an MGW type sitting just behind in a classic No.10 position. So effectively 3-4-1-2. Depending too much on the wing backs to add that attacking dimension can become predictable and perhaps the latest defeats reflect that a bit? Having just two in central midfield means they can be crowded out by the opposition putting in an extra central midfielder.
