Of course it is! But some people read far too much into things.

It's pretty obvious that if the right offer comes in Keogh will be on his way anyway.

With my pedant hat on I feel I should tell Mick that a Quantam leap is actually very (understatment of the year) small, as opposed to the large gap in quality between Bournemouth and the Prem. But I'm sure he knew that, and was simply using the phrase for its commonly accepted meaning.
