Ok I'm bored and have been thinking recent striker discussions. Everyone seems to agree that new blood is needed in this area, but what are people's current opinions on the ones we've got. Particularly their key attributes for their position.
This is my opinion on our forwards in order or...
I have been racking my brains to think of strikers that would fit into the team and thrive on the supply they would get from our wingers.
A couple of names I have thought may be in our price range and would score gaols are Darius Henderson of Watford, A big powerful target man that can hold...
There's been much discussion so far this season whether the lack of goals is due to poor mid-field service or poor strikers.
Well on todays commentary it seemed that with Kightley, and McIndoe providing great crosses and pressure, the chances were there today, but the strikers could not...
The cupboard is almost bare. Frankowski is the only one fit and is still misfiring. Cort is still having problems with his knee and cannot at all be relied on to be injury free during a season. He may be going in any case. Clarke injured also and let's face it he isn't good enough...
If it is true Whittingham and Nicholls are lined up for deals amounting to close to a million how much is going to be left for the striking department? Although it is early days initial reports on Franko are disappointing and Cort's future is still very much in the air. Clarke - sorry just don't...
I would like to see Hoddle rotate our strikers from now in, Tonight I would go with the 3 of Miller, Frankowski and Aliadiere. Frankys confidence should of received a boost after winning his award. Miller is giving 110% and Aliadiere is the best forward at the club.. Cort has been playing with a...
Wolves lead the way yet again......day after we snap up OAP Tomasz the kings of sigining yoof, Tottenham Hotspur, are after Teddy Sheringham Edited by: Kenny-11
So who else is left on the striker front for Hoddle to go for? Nemeth is a long shot but apparently going to struggling Strasbourg. Riordan of Hibs whose contract runs out in the summer is attracting Nuremburg. Healy of Leeds has been mentioned but I doubt they would sell to a promotion rival...
According to Footballtransfers.net we are linked with Kuljic, the Austrian striker. All i know about him that Villa and Fulham looked at him, and that he's scored a ferw this year. Any thoughts on him (or the others, for that matter.

had this discussion a few times on here, but with MO out at the moment, Defoe not playing, what would be your 4/5 for the world cup? i think its granted that rooney, owen and crouch will be the 3.
im probably going to get slated for this, but IMO, Jason Roberts in becoming rather unplayable...
With all the talk of Miller going and the lack of action/ability that Ndah, Ganea and Clarke have just wondering who you would sign from a lower league.
Think the best signings are ones that are slightly risky but dont cost much (ala Steve Bull). Was running through top scorers and noticed...
I think we should change our strikers about up front, lets face it miller is the only one who can score regulary in this league, i think we should be going like this for next league game,
......................................miller................ ...
We've had bids of 1.5m for miller, 2.5m (alledgedly) for Cort and we've most likely a few bids for Camara.
Miller & Cort didn't exactly set the world alight last season and we all know about the disruption Camara has/is causing. I think maybe we should have accepted at least 1 of these...
<DIV>There was a thread on the old MM which asked the question – which partnership would you begin the season with out of the available strikers at the Molineux? I cant remember the result offhand but I seem to remember Carl Cort was seen as a definite starter ( the best ‘target’ man )...
