So is Stevie G as a manager but look at him now.I know the Saudis love their sportswashing, and have money to burn literally, but the product is crap.
Agreed. George Swan is a bad example.Hodge really isn't a bad example. Even if he never plays for us again he's been useful when called upon and will be sold for a tidy profit.
Hate if he went arsenal any other club than slime ball artetaIf all three transfers went through I suspect it would suit all parties to inflate the three fees for FFP reasons. Can't see it myself, though.
Have you seen the championship table?? LooooooolIf Joe Hodge who scored on his Debut for QPR, becomes instrumental in their promotion push he could push on toward Gibbs White's transfer fee.
I hope he proves his doubters wrong and smashes it.
They do actually import sand. The Saudis would buy sand at the minute if it was linked to Sport....
Chelsea are going to be in enough FFP trouble as it is, and if they are going to splurge money will surely have to prioritise a centre-forward.Hate if he went arsenal any other club than slime ball arteta
Thankfully city and chelsea will blow them out the water with money
Do we know how much revenue the store in Shanghai makes as we aren't really told anything about that from what I've seen. And how does that help? How do you monetise it? Are we seeing planes full of Chinese fans turning up at the mol looking for tickets to a stadium that is already sold out? Are they buying merchandise from our stores? No.
Until we see a significant growth in commercial revenue for the football club then I believe this brand investment is either putting money in other Fosun businesses, or a non-existent smokescreen.Do we know how much revenue the store in Shanghai makes as we aren't really told anything about that from what I've seen.
There's also the European market. I'm sure the likes of Barcelona, PSG etc etc will be aware of Neto's form. With Savinho going to City the market for Neto looks borderline nonexistent so it doesn't look unfeasible for Neto to be rocking up at Compton in 6 months' time.
I thought we got Roberts from some London non-League outfit ?We also signed Jason Roberts from Nuneaton for £100k but don’t think he played that often / at all under McGoo?
So we are as guilty of letting top talent through our grasp as much as other teams
What’s that got to do with anything? He’s only played one game for them!Have you seen the championship table?? Loooooool
Arsenal would sooner dump all those funds into a move for Toney imo.
With Savinho going to City the market for Neto looks borderline nonexistent so it doesn't look unfeasible for Neto to be rocking up at Compton in 6 months' time.
Barca are broke plus a lot of European markets have lost a lot of the spending power they used to have and PSG haven't been credited with an active interest in Neto. There's also the European market. I'm sure the likes of Barcelona, PSG etc etc will be aware of Neto's form.
Are they still trying to get money from esports? Jesus.
Yes, shifty looking ****er. Glad we didn't sign him.
Anyone remember this guy?
Based on whatYes, shifty looking ****er. Glad we didn't sign him.
Who would've thought him ripping up his pre-contract with us to move to Arsenal would've gone badly?!
Anyone remember this guy?

How he looks. That's usually what shifty looking is based on.Based on what
He's a long way off that: Gibbs-White had won the World Cup with England U17s, played nearly 68 games for us (many in Europe and the Prem), had shown that he had the talent to make a mark on Premier League games against top class opposition (albeit inconsistently), and had been a key player in a Championship promotion push. When we sold him we were making noises about how integral he was going to be to our season. No matter how good he is for QPR, Hodge would only be able to tick one of those boxes, and even if he outperforms all expectations his value's not going to go anywhere beyond £10m by the summer. If Joe Hodge who scored on his Debut for QPR, becomes instrumental in their promotion push he could push on toward Gibbs White's transfer fee.
Gotcha, that makes more sense then!Think hes alluding to promotion push is very far away for QPR who are sitting in relegation danger

Agreed on Toti. Reckon he is gonna really kick on next seasonI just think we lack pace there.
Disagree about Toti though who is vital in this system, doubted him initially but he's so confident now.
Yup, it comes in different grades and you need specific grades for particular purposes e.g. construction. They do actually import sand.
Put it this way, the QPR ST holder l know is much more focussed on staying up than going up. He welcomed Blues losing to the **** for exactly that reason. What’s that got to do with anything? He’s only played one game for them!
Surely his doubters being GON and his coaches .If Joe Hodge who scored on his Debut for QPR, becomes instrumental in their promotion push he could push on toward Gibbs White's transfer fee.
I hope he proves his doubters wrong and smashes it.
5th choice. I think every manager has rated Hodge, just not high enough. Davis and Loppy liked him. Gaz has said good things. Also Hodge has had injuries. Doesn’t help that he suits a slow tempo.Surely his doubters being GON and his coaches .
Got a feeling he’ll end up at PSG.Neto doesn’t get in ahead of Saka, so where?
Got a feeling he’ll end up at PSG.
That would be my second guess.
We have mosquera to come in to replace either TOTI or the ageing dawson
But dawson has been our best defender (CB)
Plus they already have Doku and GreaselHe's not going to Man City, they're signing Savio in the summer, another left footed winger who's been thriving in La Liga.
Greasy is off but time will tell. Let’s hope Neto staysPlus they already have Doku and Greasel
