GON has worked wonders, but he hasn't got this side solid at all at the back even with a back 3. Needs fixing as much as getting a striker

A lot of their chances and goals came from us being too far forward and losing it. When defence is back and organised, we've not been brilliant, but not a shambles either. Been too reckless when a bit of caution may have been the better approach.
