shot ourselves in the foot from the start. After a really lacklustre 1st half when utd should have been well out of sight we eventually started to play as the 2nd half unfolded and began to look up for it, then having dragged ourselves back it took an exceptional finish to take the game away.
Midfield was left so open throughout and I think we paid for that time and time again.
Feeling gutted after coming back but that's Wolves.

Watched the first half and UTD were good value for the 2-0 , simply outplayed and outfought in every area of the pitch ,but thats down to them not our lads , and the second half proved we have a very good team also , as for the subs , well its normal after a break from the team to come on so on to chelsea with the team that finished tonight.

We weren’t good enough for big parts of that. But, we are always competitive and this team can never be written off, which is a big positive.

Exactly this. Not every goal you concede is bad defending, sometimes it's just quality attacking play

That's true, but their goals were due to;
1st - too much time & space near our box
2nd - nobody tracking Shaw
3rd - poor marking and
4th -see 1 again

Gutting result, especially after equalizing 3-3.
Our players should've fouled Mainoo before he even had a chance to shoot. It's 1 player vs 3-4 of ours.

Agreed Max Killman first defender Mainoo went past.. Max could and should have pulled him down outside the penalty area and took a yellow and as they say took one for the team and doing so would have got us a point out of the game

Neither team had an even halfway decent defence. Doc looked ok against Albion but tonight clearly showed that is his level. Absolutely abysmal. We also desperately needed the extra bite of Pitbull in midfield. Playing the same team as Sunday was a bloody awful call.

A lot of their chances and goals came from us being too far forward and losing it. When defence is back and organised, we've not been brilliant, but not a shambles either. Been too reckless when a bit of caution may have been the better approach.

We leak goals too easily still.

Fair play for giving it a real go but shouldn’t detract from what was a pretty shocking performance all round.

Defensively shambolic.

As someone who thinks we have an outside but not impossible chance of reaching a Cup final - but less of a chance of getting into Europe via league position - I'm just glad we didn't defend that badly at West Brom.

Got a good feeling we'll put things right at Chelsea. Got a better feeling that we'll beat Brighton in the Cup.
