Traore was class. Cunha and Hwang showed us why we missed them so much. I like Semedo as a hybrid rcb midfielder striker.

Only downside is we should of scored more. After we conceded we did not seem to panic like we normally do and kept playing our game.

Great win. Now let's go and do City.

We scored two nicely crafted goals, had a comfortable second half and some good flowing football once we got going.

A win is a win and it takes us back into the Top 10!

MOTD for me was Boubacar who was everywhere across the pitch and was not afraid to shirk a tackle. Very impressive shift by the lad.

Boubacar was fantastic today!

Hwang showing the importance of keeping faith in a lad who can hit the target. Which let’s be honest, as a forward is bloody great, he hits the target and makes the keeper work more often than not.

We just need to improve closing down the crosser or just being better at dealing with the ball when it is in the box. We concede quite a few from crosses.

Much better that that dross in mid week. Bouba, Lemina and Semedo stood out today. Thought Hwang occupied the last man well and took his goal well, some people are so quick to criticise him but slow to praise him when he scores.

Played some decent stuff at times. Bit of a slog in the first half but a lot better second.

Wasn’t a fan of us getting complacent and showboating and it nearly came back to bite us.

Felt Gary had another poor game. Bangs on about tired players but only two subs used and the second took an injury to RAN probably caused by his tiredness. Why not waste some time with a couple really late to waste time if you’re not going to use them in normal time?

Bouba MOM.

How on earth are we 10th? It feels so strange, I could have sworn we were middle of the bottom half.

Couldn't go today for health reasons but boy it's about time we had some good news.
Dont worry we wont be lol
Much better performance today, should have scored more and as always give a late goal away
Traore bought a bit more energy to midfield and Semedo was excellent, even Doc looked better today
Be nice to win one more and get close to 50 points

Decent on the front foot poor on the back foot. Luton are shockingly bad.

Traore very good.

OK first half which we shaded and 1-0 was about right. Much better second and really should have scored more than 1. Always at risk if/when Luton scored and they did, streakily to set up a nervy finish which we managed reasonably comfortably. Welcome win.

I think you mean, didn't shirk a tackle. ;)

Made that harder than it needed to be but an important 3pts.

Boubacar was immense, absolutely everywhere.

Apparently the officials are in deep ****, the PGMOL are furious that neither the referee or the VAR have done the job they have been paid to do. They couldn't find (and didn't make up) any reason to disallow either wolves goal, they also failed to give any dodgy penalties to Luton. They both have some serious explaining to do, and Luton are said to be considering their options.

That is probably nearer the truth than it should be!

Made it a bit more difficult than it should have been. Played well in parts.

Good goals. The 2nd was straight from the training ground.

Just enjoyed the win. Be great to get to 50 points this season somehow.

Quite pleased today. Lemina, Boubs, Cunha were good.

Shaky first 20 but grew into the game and thought we were excellent in the second half. Really enjoyed some of the football we played (admittedly against a fairly limited Luton side).

Thought Traore was very good again and has done his cause for next season no harm at all these past couple of weeks. Semedo and Lemina also very good.

Sa 7
Doherty 7
Kilman 7
Toti 7
Semedo 8
Lemina 8
Traore 8
Gomes 7
RAN 7
Hwang 7
Cunha 7

A really enjoyable watch. Well done all.

Closer than it should have been but much better than Tuesday. Semedo though, square the ball for Hwang to have a tap in FFS! That would have killed the game stone dead as a contest and we would probably have won 4 or 5 nil.

Minor complaint though. Thought Doc had his best game for a long time today as well as the others mentioned before.

Luton players didnt dive around like most premier teams which helped the game while the referee let things flow. The 1st half was tight until we scored, Luton had to come out more then allowing us space to play in. Another couple of 2nd half goals from some excellent movement from us would have settled us fans but that isn't the Wolves way as a ridiculously mi**** shot wrongfooted the defence allowing Luton to score as the ball was knocked back into the area. Things then got more tense, no more so than when Sarabia put in a half hearted attempt to win the ball resulting in a freekick and a shot on goal which Sa was able to hold. Nice to have some forwards and get a win again, now to see if we can upset City's momentum.

Great and much-needed result and much better performance. I’m now stuck on a train back to London with some surprisingly exuberant Hatters celebrating the prospect of Sunderland away next season (“we’re coming straight back uuuuuuuuup”) while singing along badly to Billy Joel. If we’d lost, this would have been even less tolerable!

I agree with this 100%, I kept waiting for GOH to bring some subs on, namely Bueno and Chirewa, they have played against better teams so why not give them 10/15 minutes against the lesser teams, but no we will bring Sarabia on to offer us nowt again, and RAN run himself into the ground so that he will pick up another knock, and while we are on a similar topic why so long to play undoutably our best midfield three ?, these three are so fluid in how/where they play it gives us another dimension.
