Wolves TV help

Trying to "buy" todays match on Wolves TV, but it doesnt matter what device I use, windows 10 pc, windows 7pc, phone etc I just keep getting an "internal server error". Ive tried on Chrome, Firefox, via the Wolves app....

Anyone with half a brain or more that knows what I need to do?

Guide to Fix The Page Cannot Be Displayed Because An Internal Server Error Has Occurred

1. Fixing Issue When using IIS.
2. Restart/Refresh Browser.
3. Change Browser.
4. Restart Modem/Router.
5. Disable Addons & Plugins. A). Disabling Plugins in Chrome. B). Disabling Plugins in Firefox.
6. Fixing Issue when using WordPress.

I'm no expert either, hope this might help but it also says it's basically the servers problem, however when I tried I didnt have a problem.

I've tried what it says on that site, but still hasn't worked.
I've emailed the wolves tv support, but doubt i'll get an answer in time...

Strange. I will try to buy access now and see if it works out.

I had no issues. Went to the Wolves TV section, logged in to my account and purchased the game pass using Paypal (when doing so you don't need to fill inn your address).

Like with the previous games the price is £6, but the paypal transaction screen will claim to be charging £1. You will however be charged £6.

I can't even get to the purchase screen.
I click on the subscribe button and it takes me to the "Join The Action" page and then I click on the "buy now" button and it just comes up with the internal server error.

Are you using a vpn? Pause it and then try?

Brought the wolves v luton game and it wouldn't play, tried everything. Not spending another penny on the thing!

No, not using a vpn

Have had a reply from the email team and they are looking into it for me.
They said they had a server problem 20 mins ago, but it doesn't seem thats the issue with mine though.

Maybe clear cache etc in your browser and retry?

Clear your temp files etc just in case.

I couldn't buy that either, but didn't bother looking into it at the time.
