He's nothing to do with Wolves. He's a troublemaker, not a Wolves troublemaker.

Please tell me that beige Burberry check, is no longer in fashion..!?!? Numbnuts. May as well have 'Look, I'm a thug. Arrest me!', tattooed on their foreheads.

Is this as a result of an actual conviction in a court of law or on police say so ?

I thought this idiot was already banned from every stadium in the country?

Blokes an idiot but that's setting a dangerous precedent if they can ban anyone who drinks in the same bar as 'known risk supporters'

Ive never heard of him.

He doesnt look very good at hooliganism. Getting stabbed and constantly caught by the police. Then we hear he goes to birthday parties. He should write it off as a bad job.

police say so ?

the report says he was banned in 2010, that would be after being charged and convicted of an offence in a court of law.
fair enough

the report on this latest ban makes no mention of a specific charge just that police think he's a bad boy
not fair

i have german relatives who can explain to you why living in a country where state police or security services can punish citizens on their own say so, not as a result of due process, is not good.

Ridiculous, Who (or how) the $$$$ decides someone's a 'risk-supporter' anyway!

Yet another example of one rule for football supporters and another for everyone else.

I'm 100% with you on this . I'm afraid it's all going a bit that way in this slowly .

Well if you are seen in the middle of trouble constantly and you write a book about all your hooligan activities you could say he had it coming. He hasn't helped his cause has he? He hasn't got his head down and had a quiet pasty before the game. Although one suspects he does enjoy them.

Happened last game of season v Millwall in spoons, only they were band from the City centre for 24 hours and escorted away from the City.

He's got videos on you tube . You'd think anyone in his world, would keep a low profile so he doesn't get pinched.

Time to move on from violence....l

Too right. Anyone who starts a fight or is involved in a fight through choice because of someone supporting another football team, is as big a $$$$ as it gets. Plus they're absolute pussies of the highest order. Fighting 2, 3, 4 on 1, sucker punching people, swinging wild pathetic punches, throwing bottles etc., these people should have been wiped on the curtain by their Dad's.

No clearly stated on the news his last conviction was 2007 this was a civil case brought forward by the police. Where else in society can you have such restrictions imposed even without conviction.

Exactly, its not the first time theyve used civil bans either. Lazy policing can't get a conviction just show a load of footage from the past. If you're a Wolves fan who say goes on the train and to pubs every away game I'm sure you may well have been in the company of these supporters on say a few occasions over a long period of time. Imagine the police show JUST that footage makes you look like always being with them.

Exactly, I believe the 2010 ban was a civil case too news stated 2007 was last conviction.

Its quite ironic the same day as this guy was plastered all over the news I watched a show on channel 4 (24 hours in police custody) where two CONVICTED peado's had their identity protected and got a pathetic suspended sentence. Mind you the judges and law makers probably have had more in common with their supposed respectable middle class peados than they do with lads having a bit of a fight at the football. I know which who I'd rather see locked away!

excellent, but extremely worrying, post ultra.

a person with no convictions in a court of law, therefore not enough evidence to gain one, FOR 8 YEARS ! can be banned from numerous parts of this country and branded a godfather of hooliganism purely on police say so.

would he even have had any legal representation at this cosy little meeting ?

Not quite comparable but a woman who fraudulently stole half a million off her ex boss got 3 years! The law confuses me

better hope that the police dont lean on the magistrates to have me banned from driving on the strength of my 4 speeding convictions, the last of which was in 1987. and brand me nationally as a godfather of speeding.

Fraud, just like the guy who was banged up for 14 years this week, but then because he's a trader I'm sure a great deal of the population have no problem with that.

Bit of a generalisation Ultra as both are vile, and have no place in society. We only have to look back at the unfortunate happenings that took place after the Watford game last season as a case in point.

Think you've missed my point, personally I think he should serve the full 14 years but we know that won't happen (as nor will the woman no doubt).

Oh right! Yeah it's crazy but when a former Prime Minister is suspected of some heinous crimes you start to worry what else has gone on

No generalisation I was talking specific cases. Compare the average sentences for people having a fight (or to be honest most the time not even that waving your arms about can be construed as violent disorder) at football and these peado's (the two featured were a doctor and teacher).

I couldn't care less whether a judge or the Police banned him. The guy is a hooligan a known hooligan at that. I'm glad he is banned and I think personally it should be for life. We don't want people like this at games or associated with the club.
