This isn’t a competition but I was wondering what memorabilia Wolves fans have in their possession .
I have 2 significant ones that are priceless to me .My dad attended a game at Molineux in 1939 just before WW2 was declared when he joined the RAF .They had a half time draw and he won first prize. He was awarded a set of signed photograph postcards of the 1939 FA Cup Final team which are still in the original envelope and are in pristine condition 83 years later .
My other collectible is one of the original turnstile counters from the North Bank dated ‘1923’ which I believe is the date the North Bank was built .I have it mounted on a plinth.
I am sure there are many others and even if they are just programmes or signatures of players from days of yore they are equally important to the respective owners
Anyone ?

Somewhere in the loft I have the Pink Un, I think that's the name, with the headline " It's Ours" after the 1949 cup final.
I also have the 1949 cup semi final replay programme for the Man Untd game.

I have many tickets dating back to the 1970's - have them inlaid in my bar in my man cave under toughened safety glass, includes tickets from the old football specials, semi-finals, finals, European games and my favourites from the old 3rd & 4th Division days.

Also have lots of signed shirts and pictures by my prize possession was the Billy Wright 100 Caps Civic Banquet menu and guest list (I think you have that one too).

In my Mom's house is a montage of pictures from the ceremony to unveil the Stan Cullis statue where, bless her Rachel Hey Ho Flint sent me and my dad a VIP invite to the reception and we appear on the guest list (which is covered in autographs) as "Acquaintances of Stan Cullis" it is a very special memory.

Again in the loft I have the commemorative Banquet Dinner Menus which are ornate and have tassles down the side for the 1960 FA Cup Final win and to celebrate Billy Wright’s 100th Cap which was signed by the great man himself,

Sorry slight off topic, but mines still football related.

Scottish Cup final stub and rosette for East Fifes replay victory against Kilmarnock in think in 1936 - obviously attended by my grandad but means soo much to me.

I have a Juventus flag (paper) with both squads written on.

I did have a cracking match worn collection but all gone now as it helped us move house.
As per my other thread though, I picked this up in auction last week, it was flown at Molineux ‘68 onwards for a few years, another member in here remembers it flown above the police box between the Waterloo road stand and North Bank.

I've got loads of stuff but probably the most significant courtesy of my uncle who worked at wolves at the time was the pennants flags handed over by PSV Eindhoven in the uefa cup game 1980s....will dig it out for a picture at later date.......

My pride and joy as a kid was my uncle getting my 1980 pannini sticker book signed by all of the wolves players across there own sticker......was priceless to a 9yr old.....

Loads of programs from 60s and 70s home and away.
Also courtesy of my uncle who used to live on Dunkley St, a box full of pinks and express & stars from throughout the fifties complete with autograph book full of fifties players.

Any chance you can post a photo of the turnstile counter?

I'm sure I'm not the only one interested

It’s currently on loan to a mate .It’s not the turnstile itself it’s the clicker mechanism from within .

I have the match ball from Wolves v QPR when we clinched promotion back to the premier league in 2009 - we won 1-0 and Sylvan Ebanks-Blake got the goal (his 25th of the season).

The ball was signed by all the players, I have it in the loft somewhere.

My dad won it at a charity event he went too

I have that it does in deed say it’s ours in golden paper and the 1960 one says it’s ours again

I've started collecting Wolves memorabilia, mainly postcards, cigarette cards etc., from 1908 to early 1920s, nothing particularly rare - but generally on the look out for stuff from that era, with particular reference to the 1908 FA Cup Final and a Wolves player called Billy Harrison...

I’ve got a signed framed Bully shirt. Also have an Wolverhampton Amateur FC cap which was given to my Great Uncle nearly 100 years ago.

My favourite piece is my replica wolves shirt from 1986, I treasured it when I got it from my penfriend back then and I still treasure it today

You just reminded me I have the commentary from the 1974 League Cup final on LP. Pre-video days.

Also I had the “We’re Back” Sherpa Van Trophy Final record. Was speaking to Bully he said he didn’t have a copy. I had two now we have one each.

I have got (from my dad who died a year ago) 1949 Cup Final programme and his ticket stub from the game. Same for the 1960 Final. The Pink for the same two Finals, although the 1949 one is beginning to fall apart. Some other memorabilia from the 1960 Cup win -- The Road to Wembley, that kind of thing. Wolves v Spartak programme. Wolves v Honved programme. He saw both games.

Funnily enough I was just reading through this thread (to cheer myself up!) and in the bottom of my desk drawer came across a Pink un '100 Years on Centenary Special' (Spring 1977) with a great picture of John Richards in the leaping Wolves shirt on the cover. It's 20 pages charting Wolves history and has an alphabetical list of all our opponents and results against them. Inside is another great JR picture sporting a beautiful 3 piece suit (wide lapels, flares I expect though you can't see them!) - £39.50, advertising Rackhams, Snow Hill, W'ton.
