Guardian football writer/ podcast regular Jonathan Wilson edits an online football journal called the Blizzard (you can read three articles for free). In the latest edition there is an interesting article about how Wolves came to be LA Wolves for a summer (instead of Bolton), and win the US league. Though this story has been well told there are interviews and insights that I have never come across before, such as Wolves scoring the first ever golden goal, and the LA Lakers and Washington Redskins owner Jack Kent Cooke offering 1 million dollars to buy Wolves outright in 1966. Its a really good read if anyone has 10 minutes.

If we can't do that there'd be no need to buy all the books we've accumulated including the biographies and almanacs etc which let us re-live the times from way back when we were younger. The young of today should also be aware of the things we've achieved.
