So often when clubs try to evolve their playing style into something more expansive things go backwards. The family atmosphere of the small squad gets broken up as some players move on and other players are brought in to compliment the new system, it takes time to make this work while the relationship of the original unit is lost, the very thing that got the success in the first place.
This is when the supporters have to stand firm with the manager and his squad. Nuno has looked under strain recently in a season like none before as he tries to move us forward, for now I think going back to a back three seems possible. Our first eleven is still good enough but many of the back up lads are far to inexperienced to influence games at the moment. Let's get an experienced forward and midfielder for the second half of the season to prop up a season thats falling apart
