Upgrading Junior Season Ticket

I’ve got a season ticket with my 6 year old son, my brother and his 11 year old daughter. The kids ain’t coming to the Spurs game so couple of my mates are coming. I know you can upgrade to an adult ticket but can’t see the option online, do I have to call the ticket office to do this?
