Don't know, when I got there they were all in the church, just stood at the bottom of the steps by North Street. A lot of us old codgers there.
I didn't stay that long just really to say a last goodbye.:(

I think they are showing highlihgts of the funeral on BBC Midlands web site.

When I heard they were going to play Danny Boy, I nearly broke down.

A nice report on the E&S site now. Sounds like it was a fitting and emotional send off.

Sleep well Doog.

What chance ITV reshowing the This Is Your Life from the early 70s - '74-'75. An updated version would be a great tribute.

The great man's gone and I doubt we'll ever see his like again.

The goalscoring icons for three generations of Wolves' fans were The Dooooog, Richards and Bully, and I feel immensely lucky to have seen all three play. Hope I live long enough to see the next one!

RIP big fella.

Totally agree Hatch End, we older fans are truly blessed to have real legends to remember and reminisce over a pint, I could add 1 or 2 more, Peter Knowles and Peter Broadbent.

let's hope the next one is not too long coming!
