Strange sight on M6 today

Today on the M6 at around 7am 3 young bucks , completely naked waving their tackle at the passing traffic, on the southbound carrige way around Junc 16/15. They must have had a good weekend. The police car with the flashing light that I saw about 2 minns later heading south may well have been paying them a visit. Any one else see this ?
