Touted as the future England keeper for years when he first broke through, then after getting his big move (£3 million or thereabouts IIRC) he seemed to lose his way a bit & drifted away. Shame I suppose but I guess that's football

I wonder if he had a word with Alex Smithies (in a similar situation at Town) about things
